2. What data we collect
We collect personal data only when the user provides it voluntarily, for example by filling out the "Free Treatment Plan" form, writing to us on WhatsApp or by email. In particular:

We do not request or process special categories of data other than the health data indicated above (e.g. data on racial origin, political opinions, sexual orientation), and we do not knowingly process children's data without parental consent.
3. Purpose of processing
- Responding to quote requests and providing a personalized treatment plan;
- Organizing logistical aspects of the stay in Tirana (flight, accommodation, transfer) if the patient chooses to proceed with treatment;
- Communicating with the patient via email, phone or WhatsApp regarding their request;
- Fulfilling contractual obligations when the patient confirms a treatment;
- Analyzing site usage in aggregate form, only with consent to analytics cookies (see point 7).
We do not use the collected data for direct marketing purposes or to send promotional communications, unless a separate, explicit consent is given by the data subject.
4. How data is processed and where it is stored
Data submitted through the site's form is transmitted via a secure (HTTPS) connection to our WordPress site and delivered by email to our info@dentialvolo.it address. Data may be processed by our hosting/technical service provider acting as data processor.
Since Denti al Volo is an entity based in Albania, which is not a European Union member state, the processing of data from EU patients may involve a transfer of data to a third country. We are committed to adopting appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect transferred data; we nonetheless recommend specific legal review of this point (for example, the adoption of Standard Contractual Clauses) before final publication of the site.
5. Retention period
We retain data related to quote requests not followed by treatment for a maximum period of 24 months from the last contact, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Data relating to patients who have actually received treatment at our clinic is retained for the period required by applicable healthcare and tax regulations.
6. Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data and obtain a copy of it;
- Request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal retention obligations;
- Request restriction of processing;
- Object to the processing of your data;
- Request portability of the data provided;
- Withdraw consent given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: in Italy, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (www.garanteprivacy.it); in Albania, the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data (IDP).
7. Cookies used by the site
This site uses technical cookies, necessary for its proper functioning, and statistical analysis cookies, activated only with consent.
