1. Who we are

Denti al Volo is a business based at Rruga Myrtezim Këlliçi, Tirana 1010, Albania, operating as a tour operator and coordination center for dental treatment at our partner dental clinic in Tirana. In this document, "we", "Denti al Volo" or "the Company" refers to this business; "you" or "patient" refers to the site user or recipient of services.

2. Nature of the services offered

Denti al Volo offers:

• Free consultation and personalized quotes for dental treatments, based on information and images (e.g. panoramic X-ray) provided by the patient;
• Organization of dental tourism packages that may include airport transfer, accommodation and assistance during the stay in Tirana;
• Coordination with the partner dental clinic for the delivery of actual treatment.

Dental treatments are performed by qualified healthcare professionals at the partner clinic. Denti al Volo acts as an intermediary and stay organizer; any final clinical assessment, treatment plan and related professional responsibility rests with the medical staff who perform the visit and treatment.

3. Quotes and treatment plans

Quotes provided through the site's form, email or WhatsApp based on photographs or X-rays sent by the patient are indicative and non-binding: the final treatment plan and its cost are confirmed only after an in-person visit and clinical assessment at the clinic in Tirana, as conditions not visible from a simple image may change the treatment required.

4. Booking, deposits and payments

To be confirmed: the amount and terms of any deposits required to confirm an appointment or travel package, accepted payment methods (e.g. credit card, bank transfer, cash at the clinic) and the timing of the balance payment. We suggest clearly stating here whether a deposit is required, its amount (fixed or percentage) and whether and how it is refunded if treatment does not proceed.

5. Cancellations and changes

To be confirmed: the cancellation or rescheduling policy for an already confirmed appointment or travel package, including whether and when a deposit paid is refundable (for example, full refund if cancellation occurs within a certain number of days of the scheduled date, partial or none beyond that deadline). Until these details are confirmed, each cancellation request will be evaluated case by case by contacting info@dentialvolo.it.

6. Travel and accommodation

When the package includes flights, transfers or accommodation, these services are generally arranged through third-party providers (airlines, accommodation facilities, transport services). Denti al Volo is committed to selecting reliable providers, but is not responsible for delays, cancellations or service issues directly attributable to such third parties, while remaining committed to assisting you in managing any unforeseen circumstances during your stay.

7. Treatment results and warranties

The results of a dental treatment may vary from person to person based on individual clinical factors. The information on the site (including text, "before/after" images and testimonials) is illustrative and does not constitute a guarantee of identical results for every patient. To be confirmed: any specific warranty conditions offered by the partner clinic on materials or treatments performed (e.g. implant warranty), to be reported here precisely if applicable.

8. "Work with Us" Program (referrals and agents)

Anyone participating in the "Work with Us" program as a patient referring other patients, or as an agent/collaborator bringing in new contacts, accepts specific conditions relating to the calculation and payment of commissions, which will be described in detail on the dedicated "Work with Us" page and/or in a separate agreement signed with the individual collaborator or agent.

9. Use of the site

The site's content (text, images, logos, videos) is the property of Denti al Volo or used with appropriate authorization, and may not be copied, redistributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Users agree to use the site and the contact form lawfully, providing truthful information.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Denti al Volo is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you are non-derogably entitled to under applicable law as a consumer.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Albanian law, as Denti al Volo is an entity based in Albania. To be confirmed with a lawyer: for patients residing in the European Union, consumer protection provisions under the law of their country of residence may still apply; it is advisable to clarify this point with a legal advisor before final publication.
